Order delivery process and estimated delivery timeline
Jodana Coffee offers a seamless order delivery process within the UAE, facilitated through Shipa. Upon dispatching your order, you will receive an email notification from Jodana Coffee, along with a separate email from Shipa containing tracking details for your convenience. Delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, and all product prices listed include VAT. To ensure a successful delivery, a valid street address and local phone number are required. Once your payment is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent within an hour. Customers can choose between two delivery options: Standard Delivery, which takes 3 working days, or Express Delivery, which ensures your order arrives within 24 hours. Delivery charges are as specified on the website. While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays beyond our control may occur, and we will promptly notify you in such cases.
Tracking Your Order
All orders shipped via SHIPA can be tracked. You will receive an email notification with tracking details upon dispatch. Additionally, tracking information can be accessed in the ‘My Account’ section of our website.
Return and Refund Policy
Jodana Coffee is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with returns, replacements, or refunds under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns and Replacements
- Contact us within three (3) days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return or replacement.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, fully sealed, and accompanied by the original shipping documents.
- Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, opened packages of coffee or tea cannot be returned.
Refund Process
If a replacement is not possible, we will process a refund to the original mode of payment. Refund processing times range from 7-10 business days, excluding holidays, and depend on the policies of your bank.

Address Updates/Changes
Address changes can be accommodated if the order has not yet been processed. Once the package is ready for dispatch, changes may not be possible.
